Terme de vétérinaire. Bruit que les chevaux poussifs font entendre en respirant et que l'on a comparé à celui que produit une corne dans laquelle on souffle.
   Dit aussi sifflage.

Terme de droit féodal. Droit qui se levait sur les bêtes à cornes.
   XVIe s.
•   Sur chascun ayant boeufs, quatre parisis pour couple de boeufs, et se appelle le dict droict de cornage, THAUMASSIÈRE Coust. de Berry, ch. 98, art. 5.
