(fi-ton) s. m.
Terme de botanique. L'individu végétal simple hypothétique qui se composerait : 1° d'un mérithalle tigellaire ; 2° d'un mérithalle limbaire. Une plante serait une agrégation de phytons juxtaposés.
   Du grec, végétal.
