Terme d'anatomie. Qui a rapport aux apophyses épineuses des vertèbres, ou à la colonne vertébrale. Artères spinales.
   Nerf spinal, nerf qui naît de la partie latérale postérieure de la moelle épinière au-dessus de la racine postérieure du quatrième nerf cervical.
   La moelle spinale, la moelle épinière.
   XVIe s.
   La premiere ramification appelée intercostale va entre les muscles intercostaux et spinale medulle par les trous par lesquels les nerfs sortent, PARÉ I, 22.
