Variété de chou rave qu'on donne au bétail.
   RÉM. Wailly et le Dictionnaire d'histoire naturelle, édité par Déterville, écrivent au singulier turnep ; l'Académie écrit turneps ; mais c'est une faute : turneps est le pluriel anglais, le singulier est turnep.
