Terme didactique. Action d'expulser hors du corps.
   La respiration facilite l'éjection des excréments en pressant les intestins, BOSSUET Connaiss. II, 11.
   Les matières expulsées. Des éjections abondantes.
   Lat. ejectionem, de ejectum, supin de ejicere, jeter hors, de e, et jacere ( le 1er e étant un e bref), jeter (voy. jet).
